So i did Option 2 but when i restart infected computer and hit scan it says no internet connection which is true. I have switched internet providers since this happened and have new netword id ect. Problem is i cant get to control panel to set up new internet connection. Is there a way around this? Or does step 3 require internet connection on infected computer to fix it as well? I have internet connection on my clean laptop of course but not infected one.
