There are a lot of good options but, understandably, buying everything is less than ideal. With that in mind you should be able to narrow the list a bit because no one can play all the champions at once. The Battle Medics bundle has a very nice collection of skins. However, if only Star Guardian Janna and Pool Party Lulu stand out for you then it may be better to wait for their individual discounts. The idea of the bundles is to get them if you like all that is included as they offer no real advantage over waiting for regular sales; patience aside.

Winter Wonder Orianna also has a good discount for a legacy skin. Infernal Alistar is a nice skin and the price is low. If you really like the skin then now is the time but there will be other opportunities. If in doubt you can delay this skin to get something special instead. Meowkai is a skin with charm, mostly thanks to the saplings, but the price is nothing special out of a regular sale. Traditional seems like a more special option.

Hey Zero, what do u think about the recent tweak on dragon fist lee ult?. If i remember correctly, the dragon symbol on his back changes colour when he ult. This is a fine example of the small touches that can elevate a skin beyond its limitations.

If we are speaking about changes beyond particles then Muay Thai Lee Sin is with great animations. It communicates the martial art well and feels different from the classic counterpart.
